Mushrooms are sorted out manually in accordance with the sizes requested by customer. Fresh mushrooms are kept in coolers with optimal operating mode.

Mushrooms, frozen by means of CO₂ , keep thier scent, taste and are superfine. There is a work place and a storehouse for mushrooms in brine.

Mushrooms are treated thermal (by the use of steam), prepared according to requested sizes and quality (grade). We can brine almost all kinds of edible mushrooms.

Dried mushrooms possess a unique smack. Yearly we sell up to 10 t of dried mushrooms. We have also modern equipped electric drying-rooms. Dried mushrooms are packaged in compliance with client's request.

Our company sells forest berries fresh, frozen and puree:

• blueberries;
• cranberries;
• lingonberries.

Berries are packed in 30 kg polypropylene sacks and instantly frozen. Puree is  cooled till 0^oC and loaded into isothermal tank-truck.
